Our head baker and owner has been baking since the age of fourteen—learning how to make all of her favorite baked goods from scratch. At the age of twenty, she transitioned to a vegan lifestyle, which began the journey of veganizing everything she had learned. Throughout the years she honed her skills and has mastered various intricate baking techniques. Her recipes are unique and utilize plant-based ingredients in creative and innovative ways, transforming classic recipes to suit everyone without compromising the taste or experience of her favorite treats. Always vegan, always made from scratch, and NEVER any artificial food dyes.
